Allhallows Park (Kingsmead) 81 chalets recommended for approval

The Medway Planning Officers are recommending approval of the application for 81 additional chalets at Alhallows Park (Kingsmead) at the bottom of Avery Way at the Medway Planning Committee at 6:30pm on 20th March (Gun Wharf) Chatham.
In an extensive report Page 116. There is an extensive list of Community and wider facilities and infrastructure commitments that have been made by the applicant (s106 Agreement) as part of their planning application, including the Cross Park site (social and leisure facilities for the residents of Allhallows Park, the Village and visitors - final details to be worked out and would be subject to a further planning application.
