After pre-planning presentations and consuiltation the proposal to build 350 homes off Stoke Road, Allhallows has progressed to two Planning applications

1) MC/25/2515 Town and Country Planning Act (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended) request for an EIA screening opinion for the development of 350 dwellings Land At Stokes Road Allhallows Rochester Medway ME3 9PE

This provides some Environmental Impact Assessments and asks Medway Council is any further assessments are required.

The Master Plan

This has been followed by :

2) MC/26/0001 Outline application with some matters reserved (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) for the construction of up to 350 dwellings (up to 320 dwellings East of Stoke Road and up to 30 West of Stoke Road) (Class C3) together with burial ground or memorial garden (Sui Generis), children's day nursery and mobility hub (Class E (f)), open space, allotments anddedicated play space and service infrastructure with associated works Land At Stoke Road Allhallows Rochester ME3 9PE

This is a formal outline planning application with appearance, landscaping, layout and scale reserved for further details at a later date, however it does establish the principle of development, although full details are not yet available, it is usually fuly approved unless the details are faulty. The Outline details have not been supplied (as at 6/1/26) so it is not possiblle to assess the applicationn yet.

The Parish Council will respond when theb application has been assessed.
