Special Parish Meeeting re. Housing Proposal

An Extraordinary Meeting of the Parish Council will be held in Allhallows Village Hall on 4th February 2026, This is to discuss the proposal for a 320 house development on Stoke Road and down Binney Road - the plannng application details or on Medway Council's website :-

MC/26/0001 Outline application with some matters reserved (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) for the construction of up to 350 dwellings (up to 320 dwellings East of Stoke Road and up to 30 West of Stoke Road) (Class C3) together with burial ground or memorial garden (Sui Generis), children's day nursery and mobility hub (Class E (f)), open space, allotments and dedicated play space and service infrastructure with associated works Land At Stoke Road Allhallows Rochester ME3 9PE

This is an Outline application that leaves many details for later consideration, but does seek to agree the principle of the development. This meeting will help to advise the submission of the parish council representation (a formal consultee) and will help residents submit their own comments.
